Refund Policy

Coin packs are digital goods that are added to your balance right away.

• Unspent coins: if you have not spent any coins from a pack, you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of buying it. We remove the pack's coins from your balance when we refund it.
• Spent coins: coins that have been used are not refundable.
• Charges you did not make or problems with a payment: contact us right away and we will look into it.

To ask for a refund, write to jgl2j@yahoo.com from the email address on your account and include the date of the purchase. Refunds go back to the card you paid with, usually within 5 to 10 business days. This policy does not limit any rights you have under the law where you live.
